Relieved to see that the heifers by Aquilla are milking well. I have quite a few of them, and even more coming along next season. Turns out he was a prolific breeder. Unfortunately I never collected from him.
Anyway it’s always encouraging to see the progeny of a home-bred bull show promise.
Top of the list is cow No 259 (a 3yo), but the others are 2yo.
The Lely prediction of their litres at 305 days is usually pretty accurate -within 1 to litres.

She’s not long calved a nice Got Maid heifer.
